PILOT RECRUITMENT
Aviair pilot recruitment is ongoing and we encourage expressions of interest from suitably experienced pilots. Aviair’s minimum pilot requirements are:
· Total Time: 600 hours
· IFR PIC on a plan: 125 hours (150 desirable)
· Night Time: 25 hours (50 desirable)

Aviair is currently seeking pilots for the following positions:
Line Pilots to operate B200 and C208 Aircraft
To be successful in this role you will possess the following minimums:
· The right to live and work in Australia
· CASA CPL (A)
· CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical
· 2,500 hours total time
· 1,500 hours pilot in command
· 300 hours multi-engine pilot in command
· 100 hours on an IFR flight plan
· 50 total hours night
· MEA Class rating
· Minimum 3 CIRR/IPC multi engine aircraft
The following will be highly regarded:
· ATPL (A)
· King Air Series type experience
· Cessna C208 type experience
· Extensive Single Pilot IFR
· Remote area experience
Line Pilots to operate PC-12 and C208 aircraft
To be successful in this role you will possess the following as minimums:

· Performing aircraft maintenance in accordance with the provisions of the aircraft approved maintenance data
· In conjunction with the Stores Supervisor, ensuring all parts and materials are airworthy and appropriate for their fitment
· Ensuring that work undertaken is carried out safely, in line with the best industry practices, with the most efficient and economical use of labour, materials and other resources
· Maintaining the work area in a clean and tidy state
· Ensuring that Aviair policies, procedures and instructions are adhered to for all maintenance
· Reporting all defects or faults identified during the course of aircraft and aeronautical product maintenance
· Ensuring that all worksheets and documents are signed as work is completed, ensuring a comprehensive hand-over is carried out as required and maintaining up-to-date information including accurate man-hour recording
· Maintaining required authorisations, licences and approvals as required (including Aircraft Engineer Licence, ASIC and Airside Drivers Licence)
· Keeping the Senior Base Engineer informed on progress of the task allocated and any problems which may affect the completion including defects, deficiencies in spares, tooling, ground support and test equipment Reporting to the Group Quality Manager and Head of Maintenance any deviation from procedures
· Providing guidance and instruction to apprentices and unlicensed engineers as required
· Adhering to the Aviair Quality & Safety Policy

Aviair Customer Service Officer – Kununurra Base
Aviair is seeking positive and confident team players who are motivated to provide an exemplary level of customer service representing several affiliated tourism companies in the East Kimberley.
This role will see you managing all aspects of the reservations experience for public passengers, visitors to the region, as well as tailoring unique tourism packages for clients interested in Aviair’s products. You will also be responsible for coordinating the operation of charter flights from our Kununurra and remote bases.
Previous experience in aviation or tourism is preferred but not essential, as full training and ongoing support is provided to strong candidates who can demonstrate dedication and willingness to learn new skills.
Successful applicants will possess high level computer literacy and excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills. They will be highly organised, self-motivating, and be passionate about providing the best Kimberley experience to every client.
Aviair has three positions available, with one commencement date in February and two in March.
