Aviair is one of the very few general aviation operators to be approved by CASA for Regular Public Transport (RPT) services, which is supported by the company’s locally based Part 145 maintenance facility.

BARS Registered Provider
As well as meeting government safety compliance requirements Aviair is also required and committed to meeting even higher safety standards mandated by a number of major global and domestic corporate clients. Aviair recently achieved registration as an Aviation Service provider under the Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS) specifically to meet the additional safety requirement of two of Australia’s leading resource companies. The criteria used under the BAR Standard assessed Aviair against best industry practise under the audit and compliance framework provided by the Flight Safety Foundation - https://flightsafety.org/foundation/ The improvements achieved by meeting this BAR Standard has significant safety benefit and reduced risk for all Aviair clients/passengers.
