During December at Aviair, we helped spread festive cheer in remote Kimberley communities that we fly into.
As part of our AviairGO sponsorship program and to celebrate the end of the year, we flew a very special guest to schools in the remote Kimberley region, including Kalumburu, Halls Creek and Balgo. As these communities are all located hundreds of kilometres from the nearest town, they sometimes miss out on exciting events and the full-scale fun of the festive season.
The anticipation was high as Santa touched down in each community, ready to bring some festive fun to the local kids. Santa got such a warm welcome, it was amazing to see the sheer excitement on the kids’ faces when they saw him.
Our visits were made possible with help from teachers and local community leaders. We love making these visits and look forward to working with these communities into the future!
